- Approved mild/enzymatic detergents may be used if diluted appropriately.
- Do not scrub aggressively; avoid harsh chemicals.
- Store in the supplied carrier case in clean, dry conditions.
- Keep away from heat sources, direct sunlight, metals, oils/greases, and solvents.
- These models do not have fluid reservoirs, so no flushing is required.
- After use, ensure any lubrication or residue is cleaned from the airway.
- Replace larynx inserts, neck skins, and other consumable parts as required.
- Regular inspection ensures airway integrity and training realism.
Trauma Task Trainers
- Avoid glutaraldehyde, ethylene oxide, phenol, and iodine cleaners.
- Wipe surfaces with ≥75% alcohol wipes/spray for disinfection.
- Approved mild/enzymatic detergents may be used if diluted appropriately.
- Do not scrub aggressively; avoid harsh chemicals.
- Dry & store in the supplied carrier case in clean, dry conditions.
- Keep away from heat sources, direct sunlight, metals, oils/greases, and solvents.
- Drain pumps, reservoirs, and tubing fully after each session (N/A to TruMan Trauma Adult).
- Flush all circuits with sterilising solution (e.g., Milton), then purge with air.
- Fluids may be reused in the same training session if clean but must be replaced if dirty. Always discard fluid before long-term storage or transport.
- Replace larynx inserts, neck skins, and other consumable parts as required.
- Regular inspection ensures integrity and training realism.

Pediatric Skills Trainers
- Wipe surfaces with ≥75% alcohol wipes/spray for disinfection.
- Approved mild/enzymatic detergents may be used if diluted appropriately.
- Do not scrub aggressively; avoid harsh chemicals.
- Empty the fluid system & store in the supplied carrier case in clean, dry conditions.
- Keep away from heat sources, direct sunlight, metals, oils/greases, and solvents.
- Do not hyper-extend infant limbs.
- Drain fluid systems after each training session.
- Flush with Milton/sterilising solution + water, followed by air to prevent mould.
- Respect fluid capacity limits as per user manuals.
- Replace IV/IO arms or legs after ~250–300 punctures or if major leakage occurs.
- Replace IO tibia inserts after single use.
- Replace lumbar puncture/thoracentesis inserts after ~100–150 uses.
- Regular inspection ensures integrity and training realism.
Smart Product Ranges
- Do not submerge or flush: Liquid ingress will damage electronic components.
- These models do not have fluid reservoirs, so no flushing is required.
- After use, ensure any lubrication or residue is cleaned from the airway.
- Operates at 5V DC via USB-C to USB-A; higher voltages will cause damage.
- Unplug when not in use for extended periods.
- Operate in ventilated, dry areas free from dust, humidity, and heat.
- No user-serviceable parts; opening the device voids warranty.
- Keep the app updated for optimal performance.

Ultrasound Simulators
(TruCVC, TruIV Block, TruNerve Block, TruPICC)
- Wipe surfaces with ≥75% alcohol wipes/spray for disinfection.
- Approved mild/enzymatic detergents may be used if diluted appropriately.
- Do not scrub aggressively; avoid harsh chemicals.
- Do not use glutaraldehyde, ethylene oxide, phenol, or iodine cleaners.
- Empty the fluid system & store in the supplied carrier case in clean, dry conditions.
- Keep away from heat sources, direct sunlight, metals, oils/greases, and solvents.
- Drain fluid systems after each training session.
- Flush with Milton/sterilising solution + water, followed by air to prevent mould.
- Respect fluid capacity limits as per user manuals. Fill the system slowly to avoid damage to the insert.
- Avoid air bubbles during filling to maintain ultrasound image quality.
- Replace CVC inserts after ~ 40 catheter insertions or if major leakage occurs.
- Replace IV insert after ~4000 needle penetrations or if major leakage occurs.
- Replace Nerve insert after ~1000 needle penetrations.
- Replace PICC insert after ~800 needle penetrations.
- Regular inspection ensures integrity and training realism.
- Adhere to recommended equipment sizes as per the user manual as failure to do so may void warranty.
