– 92.59%. Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 63: Our employee net promoter score – which measures whether our team would recommend TruCorp as a great place to work – rose by 14.9 points during the programme, reaching 63. For context, industry benchmarks regard a score of 50 as excellent!
