The AirSim® X airway is an integral part of TruCorp’s pediatric and adult airway management training manikins. Our lifelike intubation airway provides an advanced medical training experience to improve patient safety and treatment.
AIRWAYS & AIRWAY TRAINERS WITH LIFELIKE DETAIL
All AirSim® X airways feature important internal landmarks and an inflatable tongue with real-life size and texture to simulate tongue edema. The fully assembled unit gives positive tactile feedback during and after correct placement of an airway device.
The AirSim® X airway is very durable. It’s covered by a 5-year warranty and certified for at least 20,000 intubation cycles. TruCorp airway trainers have technical properties engineered to withstand continuous and repeated use making them ideal for medical education and procedure training.
The jaw assembly and neck allow a full range of real life movements and articulations. The durability of our products is one of the reasons we have so many returning customers.

Making the world’s best intubation airway
The AirSim® X airway and nasal cavity were created using CT DICOM data collected from real adults, children and infants. During production the airway is molded in a single piece and put through a sophisticated dipping process. The result is an anatomically correct and visually accurate oral and nasopharyngeal airway from the nasal passages to fourth generation bronchi.
The AirSim® X airway provides a realistic training experience during:

AirSim vs AirSim X
AirSim X models allow the user to quickly and easily replace the skin, nasal passage and airway. This means repairs and replacements can be completed onsite without the need to send your manikin back to us. All AirSim X airways are backed by our 5-year warranty.
The following models cannot be taken apart on site and must be shipped back to us to replace the airway.
The TruMan Trauma X airway is still backed by our 5-year warranty.
